Three years after her diagnosis for breast cancer, Sharon Rose was at rock bottom. Although she was in the depths of unhappiness and despair, she now had the added responsibility of looking after her granddaughter, and it was this that prompted her to sign up for a course of cognitive therapy. From that day on she began to turn her life around.
