Struggle for Water

The story of the proposed - and ultimately thwarted - building of a dam, nearly 50 years ago in Arizona, which would have destroyed wildlife, flooded archaeological sites and forced the Havapai Indians off their ancestral home. It is also a study of rationality as a cultural, organisational and political construct.
