Spinal Cord Injury

Nearly 11,000 spinal cord injuries occur each year in the US and more than 200,000 Americans suffer from maladies associated with spinal cord injury. The challenge of restoring function in the wake of these injuries remains complex. This book examines the directions for research aimed at accelerating the development of cures for these injuries.
