EAA 103: Power and Island Communities

A report on archaeological investigations at the site of Wardy Hill which occupied a prominent spur on the north side of the Isle of Ely in the Iron Age. The report outlines the evidence for pre-Iron Age use of the site and focuses in particular on the Middle-Late Iron Age ringwork excavated in 1991-2.
