ICSID Reports: Volume 1

For the first time, the reports of the World Bank Convention on the Settlement of Investment Disputes are presented in consolidated form, together with materials related to the ICSID cases from the national courts around the world. This is the second such volume of reports, fully indexed and containing materials relating to proceedings from 1981 to 1983.
