Integration of nuclear spectrometry methods as a new approach to material research

Presents the results of an IAEA coordinated research project and provides a description of the development, construction and evaluation of integrated multifunctional instruments based on nuclear spectrometries, as well as new software for handling and operation of the instruments, including data acquisition, processing and presentation of data.
