About 30.9 million people between the ages of 15 and 29 live in rural Latin America. The majority are unemployed. This book examines the socio-demographic realities of rural youth in Latin America, analyses their employment situation - including levels and categories of employment, sectors and quality - and makes policy recommendations to tackle these issues.
