One, Two...Where's the Shoe?

Every evening, Mr and Mrs Shoemaker's ten children line up their shoes in a neat row. Then one evening, Mr Shoemaker only counts nine pairs. He gets his foreign friends to check, and they count them in their own languages. This picture book gives children a taste of Spanish, Italian, German and French by counting to nine in each language.
