Presents the findings of the FAO 2012 Expert Workshop on Greenhouse Gas Emissions Strategies and Methods in Seafood. It investigates ways to reduce the seafood sector's reliance on and consumption of fossil fuels, and to develop practical performance metrics in greenhouse gas assessment aimed at policy guidance, industry and producer use, consumer information and purchase choices.
