Review of Testing and Evaluation Methodology for Biological Point Detectors

Examines the testing methodology and facility that the Department of Defense (DOD) aims to use to test and evaluate the effectiveness of its detection system against biological warfare agents. This report also presents an alternate approach which focuses on factors such as testing in conditions that resemble the actual field conditions and others.
