Small Nuclear Fallout

Janet Bodmin, Dee Donnington and Angela Anderson-Shelta first meet in Mid-Wales in the early eighties when the Government is offering cash to local councils to build underground nuclear fallout shelters asking participating councils to test their defences and emergency services with military exercises.
