Surviving Small Size States

In 1987 St Vincent's Prime Minister called for a merging of the Eastern Caribbean countries into one state. Through interviews and analyses of primary documents, this work examines the jealousies and conflicting economic priorities which ultimately destroyed the movement for political unification.
